Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Training - VCH
The following training opportunities are intended to help increase our awareness of inclusion literacy, understanding unconscious bias and cross-cultural competency. The EDI training program consists of 90-minute interactive online workshops and an optional 30-minute group discussion:

Pre-requisites: All participants must complete Foundations of Equity, Diversity before attending any of the other workshops.
While this program does not follow a cohort approach; we recommend that workshops are attended in the following order.
