Unconscious Bias for Hiring Managers (VCH Leaders)

This course is a part of VCH Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training intended to help increase our awareness of inclusion literacy, understanding unconscious bias and cross-cultural competency.

This workshop is geared toward individuals involved in the hiring process. This is a foundational workshop that explores how different types of unconscious biases are formed and how they affect staffing decisions.
