Understanding and Disrupting Bias (VCH Leaders)

This course is a part of VCH Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training intended to help increase our awareness of inclusion literacy, understanding unconscious bias and cross-cultural competency.

In this session, participants will gain a foundational understanding of unconscious bias. This workshop focuses on identifying the most common unconscious biases and explores ways to disrupt them.

Recommended Pre-requisite for this workshop:

Workshops in this EDI training (We recommend that the workshops are attending the following orders):

All participants must complete Foundations of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion before attending any of the other workshops.
