LeaderShift Cohort Programs are designed to support the skills, mindset and confidence required to lead staff, groups, projects, or others' practice. In each program, participants will move through progressive modules that build and strengthen their leadership.

Conflict Conversations
Conflict happens everywhere and is a normal and natural part of any workplace; in fact, it can actually be an opportunity for growth and deeper connection with others. If we try to avoid difficult conversations we could be missing out on these opportunities for improved working relationships, decision-making, or overall productivity and innovation. In this program, you'll learn how to to deepen self-awareness, adapt in conflict situations, and how to start and hold difficult conversations for improved relationships.


Engaging with Conflict
More than ever, healthcare leaders need to effectively navigate and negotiate through conflict to mobilize support of our teams and key stakeholders. It is inevitable that partnerships and networks are impacted by conflict. In addition to emotional stress, the negative effects of conflict can have adverse affects on productivity and patient care. How we engage in conflict affects the chemistry of how we connect with each other. In this program, you'll expand self-awareness and learn new approaches to engage with conflict.


Developing Others through Feedback Conversations
Feedback conversations are part of every leader's portfolio - and they are often some of the hardest conversations to navigate. This highly interactive program will equip leaders with the skills, mindsets and models to support the critical leadership practice of performance conversations. Together, we'll learn how effective conversations can build clarity and commitment for others, while also creating support, safety and inclusiveness.


Influential Leadership
Now more than before, healthcare leaders are implementing change and are required to influence others. Being a strong influencer is a core leadership skill, due to the different roles we play within our organization. Whether you are an advocate, subject matter expert, or leading teams and projects, your ability to influence can a have a huge effect on your outcomes. Through this program, you'll gain an understanding of what it takes to become a highly influential leader using a combination of theory and practice to explore mindset, planning, and techniques.


Integrating Project & Change Management - An Applied Learning Experience*
When managing projects, we frequently focus on the technical elements of project management, and it is equally important to consider the people side of change. In this program, you will learn to achieve and sustain your project outcomes by anticipating reactions, mitigating risks, planning activities, and enhancing communications.
