Integrating Project & Change Management - An Applied Learning Experience

When managing projects, frequently people focus on the technical elements of project management. Although important, it is equally important to consider the people side of change and the role of the leader/sponsor. Integrating the technical and people side of change helps us to achieve and sustain project outcomes by:

• Anticipating and managing people’s reactions as they go through the project and change cycle.
• Identifying and mitigating risks including obstacles such as resistance to change and building commitment.
• Planning and coordinating the project management and change management activities to ensure success.
• Enhancing communication by addressing both the technical and people side of change.

In this 4-part webinar series, we will look at the integration of Project Management, Change Management and the role of the Leader/Sponsor. During each session, participants will take this learning and apply it to their own projects, discussing ideas, successes and challenges together as a group.
