Performance conversations are part of every Manager’s portfolio – and they are often some of the hardest conversations to navigate. This in-depth and highly interactive program will equip you with the skills, mindsets and strategies to support the critical leadership practice of performance feedback conversations. .
Participants will take away:
- The foundational skills of better conversations
- Effective conversations models to build clarity and commitment for others
- Tactics, resources and insights to support safe and inclusive conversations
Program Overview
This program includes a full-day in person learning session followed by two, three-hour, virtual learning sessions. The three sessions take place over a period of 8 weeks, and is structured as a progressive learning experience with each session building upon the last.
