Performance conversations are part of every Manager’s portfolio – and they are often some of the hardest conversations to navigate. This in depth and highly interactive program will equip you with the skills, mindsets and strategies to support the critical leadership practice of performance feedback conversations. .

Participants will take away:

• The foundational skills of better conversations
• Effective conversations models to build clarity and commitment for others
• Tactics, resources and insights to support safe and inclusive conversations

Program Overview

Duration of this program is 4 weeks, with an in-person full-day Module 1 followed by three 2 hour and 30 min module every week. As one sessions builds on to the next, please review the dates to ensure you are able to commit to attending all sessions.
