Exploring Change Management
Explore how we experience change and how you can overcome barriers and be more adaptable to significant and unexpected changes during times of transition. We will be presenting the transition and change models (Bridges and ADKAR) commonly used at VCH.
This workshop is for all VCH staff and medical staff. If you are a Leader, please register for Leading Others Through Transition instead, as it explores similar topics through the lens of a leader.
