PHSA - PC - DEI - 400: Inclusive Leadership in Unpredictable Times: Hard Work and Heart Work

This course integrates interactive, practice-based learning with personalized support to advance equity-centred leadership and meaningful organizational change. Through five 3-hour instructor-led, online sessions, leaders are supported to cultivate the mindsets, skills, and practices required to enhance their teams’ sense of ownership, drive excellence and performance and lead inclusively in complex and diverse environments.

To reinforce learning and drive meaningful change, the program includes five one-on-one executive coaching sessions with certified executive coaches from the PHSA DEI team. These confidential sessions offer tailored guidance to strengthen leadership presence, apply equitable, inclusive, and anti-oppressive practices within their teams, and support leaders in navigating complex organizational challenges with vision, purpose, and heart.

Pre-requisite course: Foundational DEI knowledge. This may include previous learning through PHSA offerings (e.g., DEI courses, ISAR courses, San’yas ) or equivalent external training.

Please note that these sessions will be held bi-weekly on Thursdays from 9:30am to 12:30pm, beginning in early 2027.

Important: Please note that this course is cohort-based, with sessions intended to be taken in sequence. To get the most out of the program, participants are expected to attend all sessions.
