PHSA - BCEHS - DEI - 400: Session 4/5

Leading as an ally: Critical allyship and the practice of equity

Focus: Moving from awareness to action by practicing critical allyship.

True allyship goes beyond good intentions—it requires a deep, critical examination of power, privilege, and systemic structures. This interactive workshop guides participants from surface‑level awareness to concrete, accountable actions that embed anti‑oppression practice into everyday leadership.

This session is delivered as a component of the course Inclusive leadership in unpredictable times: Heart work and hard work.
