Vancouver Coastal Health's Project and Change Management Pathway consists of five courses, along with interactive learning labs. Exploring Project Management
Explore the basic principles and iterative project management techniques to boost your ability to deliver results while navigating shifting needs and continuous project improvements.

Exploring Process Mapping
An interactive introduction to exploring process mapping, and how to use it effectively as a visual tool to engage partners/collaborators in identifying and improving workflows and outcomes.

Exploring Change Management
Explore how we experience change and how you can overcome barriers and be more adaptable to significant and unexpected changes during times of transition. We will be presenting the transition and change models (Bridges and ADKAR) commonly used at VCH.

Leading Projects with Agility
Brainstorm ways to enhance flexibility and responsiveness in a changing environment.

Leading Others Through Transitions
Discover best practices for effectively leading a transition to new work environments and/or processes.
