In this webinar, we will learn the best practices around leading effectively in the face of change to support the transition to new work environments and processes. We will be presenting the transition and change models (Bridges and ADKAR) commonly used at VCH.
If you are not a Leader, you may prefer to register for Exploring Change Management that explores similar topics through the lens of an individual experiencing change.
If you have already taken Exploring Change Management, you will find a significant amount of duplication in this webinar.
