Learning Lab: Change Management and Change Leadership

Join us as we build a community of support for change!

This facilitated learning lab is designed as a supportive session to connect participants to share real challenges with change, and exchange learnings with peers and expert practitioners.

Bring an issue you are facing with a change or attend to be part of the conversation. From this session, you can take away practical feedback and ideas for your own challenges as well as learn more about change management and change leadership.

Learning Objectives:

• Receive feedback and ideas for your own change management and change leadership challenges
• Learn more about managing and leading change through participating in discussions to help colleagues generate solutions to overcome the challenges they are facing.
• Learn how to apply change management and change leadership best practices through case study discussions
• Learn more about the change management and change leadership resources available at VCH.

*You can attend the Learning Lab multiple times, however, you can only register for one session at a time on Learning Hub. After you attended a session, you will be able to register for the next session.
