Exploring Project Management
Explore the basic principles and iterative project management techniques to boost your ability to deliver results while navigating shifting needs and continuous project improvements. In this Webinar, we will introduce project management, discussing the five phases of a project life cycle.
The intended audience for this introductory course is people who are new to project management.
