ISLH - HSWAM - From Awareness to Action: Psychological Health & Safety for Leaders

Create a workplace where people feel psychologically safe, supported and valued. This two-part eLearning series (2.5 hours total) equips leaders with practical strategies to foster psychological health and safety every day.

You’ll Learn How To:

  • Integrate the CSA National Standard and psychosocial risk factors into everyday leadership practices

  • Embed Indigenous cultural safety, equity, and trauma-informed approaches into leadership

  • Build trust by leading with empathy and inclusion

  • Create safe spaces for meaningful, psychologically safe conversations

  • Promote a respectful workplace by modeling civility and addressing behaviors that undermine trust

  • Recognize and respond to distress and early signs of psychological injury

By completing this learning series, you’ll be prepared to lead with heart, compassion, and confidence—creating workplace environments where mental health, resilience, and belonging thrive.
