This course will introduce the National Standard for Psychological Health & Safety in the workplace and will cover the psychosocial factors identified to have the greatest impact in the workplace, as well the responsibilities of the employees, leaders, and the employer.
Participants will be provided with a list of resources and links that are available to support Island Health staff, which you may want to keep for future reference.
