PHSA – DEI – 100 (3/3) - Untold Stories, Unseen Realities: Bias in Healthcare

In this virtual session, you will define bias and microaggressions and explore their relevance to healthcare and health equity. You will examine how they influence decisions, interactions, and outcomes, and learn tools and strategies to recognize and reduce bias in patient care and workplace settings.

Pre-requisite: Session 2/3 - Advancing Health Equity – The Goal of PHSA
