PHSA – DEI – 100 (1/2) - Advancing Health Equity: The Goal of PHSA

This virtual session introduces the foundations of DEI, tracing the development of the field in response to systems of power. Participants will examine how power and privilege shape healthcare access, experiences, and outcomes, while reflecting on identity and exploring ways to leverage privilege to reduce inequities.
