Taking Action towards Anti-Racism (All Staff)
This course is a part of VCH Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) training intended to help increase our awareness of inclusion literacy, understanding unconscious bias and cross-cultural competency.
In this session, participants will gain foundational understanding of the ways in which identities shape worldviews. The purpose is to support employees in being anti-racist in the workplace.
Workshops in this EDI training (We recommend that the workshops are attending the following orders):
- Foundations of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
- Taking Action towards Anti-Racism
- Understanding and Disrupting Bias
- Importance of a Trauma Informed Lens
- How to be an Ally
All participants must complete Foundations of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Taking Action towards Anti-Racism before attending any of the other workshops.
