Respect and psychological safety are the cornerstones of a healthy, productive workplace. This three-part course equips leaders with the knowledge, skills and strategies for practicing psychologically safer leadership and creating a culture that is rich in respect and trust.

How to Register for Part 1, 2 & 3:
Registering for Part 1: Please click here to register in the eLearning/self-paced course here on Learning Hub. Once you have completed Part 1, please proceed in registering for Part 2 & 3.
Registering for Part 2 & 3:
Please register for Part 2 on Microsoft Teams Webinar by clicking the date below, and then click on the link and register with your VCH email. Once registered, you will receive a separate calendar invite for the corresponding Part 3 session [When you register for Part 2 taking place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:00pm you will receive a Part 3 invite taking place on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:30pm]. After you attend all Part 1, 2 and 3 sessions, you will receive your completion certificate on LearningHub.
