Respect and psychological safety are the cornerstones of a healthy, productive workplace. This three-part course equips leaders with the knowledge, skills and strategies for practicing psychologically safer leadership and creating a culture that is rich in respect and trust.

• As one session builds on to the next, full participation is required to complete the course.
• Module 1 is an online asynchronous module to be completed on your own time prior to attending the live workshop for Module 2.
• Approximately 10 minutes of homework will be assigned at the end of Module 2, to be complete before attending Module 3.
