Part 1 Course Description:

Respect and psychological safety are the cornerstones of a healthy, productive workplace. This e-learning module equips VCH people leaders with the foundational understanding of what a respectful and psychologically safe environment is and how we work together to build a healthier workplace. Whether you are leading a small team or managing across functions, this online workshop offers a practical starting point to growing a culture of respect and inclusion where people can perform at their best.

Once registered, you will receive a separate calendar invite for the corresponding Part 3 session [When you register for Part 2 taking place on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:30pm you will receive a Part 3 invite taking place on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 from 10:00am to 12:30pm]. After you attend all Part 1, 2 and 3 sessions, you will receive your completion certificate on LearningHub.
