Leadership is at the heart of fostering a culture of psychological safety within an organization. This virtual workshop supports leaders with the knowledge of how psychological safety impacts team culture and encourages them to reflect on the leadership behaviours that shape this environment. Step into your leadership role with confidence and compassion knowing what elements feed into a psychologically safer team. When we feel more safe, we can do our best work.
