PHSA – DEI – 200 (3/3): Power Dynamics in Healthcare and Workplace Culture

This virtual session applies strategies to promote equity and culturally responsive care in healthcare and workplace settings. Participants will learn practical approaches for inclusive and equitable practices. It also explores how privilege and power dynamics shape workplace and healthcare culture through an intersectional lens.

Pre-requisite: Session 2/3 - How Racism is Normalized in Healthcare and Workplace Culture

This session is delivered as a component of the course Racism in Healthcare and Workplace Culture.
