Session 2 (4hrs): Power Dynamics in Healthcare and Workplace Culture

This virtual session examines how privilege and power dynamics shape workplace and healthcare settings, using an intersectional lens to understand systems of privilege and oppression. Participants will apply strategies that promote equity and support culturally responsive care in both workplace and healthcare environments.

Pre-requisite: Session 1 (4hrs): How Racism is normalized in Healthcare and Workplace Culture

This session is delivered as a component of the course Racism in Healthcare and Workplace Culture.
