Onboarding: What Leaders Need to Know

Participants will leave this workshop with a greater understanding of the supports and resources available to leaders and new hires, to ensure a successful onboarding experience and warm welcome to VCH. The session will cover onboarding roles and responsibilities for managers, new hires, and the onboarding team, while also introducing onboarding best practices. Access to the VCH network and the OneVCH intranet site is required to fully engage in this workshop.
