Exploring Leadership Communication

In this highly interactive workshop for all VCH employees and medical staff, you will learn how our communication impacts our relationships and influences the behavior of others.

Specifically, we will:

• Explore how our listening can transform how others feel and perceive us;
• Identify barriers to effective listening and develop strategies to overcome;
• Investigate how open curious questions can improve our ability to problem solve and empower others.

Course notes:

• This workshop is the recommended pre-requisite to Exploring Leadership Conflict
• If you have already attended the Exploring Leadership Communication 2-part series, you don’t have to retake this course.
