Violence Prevention - PVPC Facilitator Training - Fraser Health

PVPC Facilitator Training is a 4 day program designed to train participants to facilitate the PVPC classroom session. In the 4 days participants will receive training and practice opportunities on the PVPC curriculum key competencies and education specific to facilitating the PVPC curriculum.

Candidates must have management authorization to attend.

Space is prioritized for employees of the Fraser Health Authority.
Other organizations may register with prior approval pending space (please email FHAViolencePrevention@fraserhealth.ca or (for any questions please direct them to Sheile.Mercado-Mallari@fraserhealth.ca)

--The following are part of the PVPC Facilitator Development Process:
--Completion of the 4 Day PVPC Facilitator Training Program
--At least 2 days of practice co-facilitation
--
1 day for facilitation practice, feedback and final evaluation
--*Approx. 60 hours of annual PVPC facilitation to maintain training competency (may incorporate the hours from teaching PVPC 8 hr core and refreshers).
