The Frontline Leadership Program is designed to support leaders with the skills, mindsets and confidence to lead diverse teams within the complex context of healthcare. This interactive and transformational program focuses on the critical foundations of leadership to successfully make the transition from individual contributor to effective leader. The Frontline Leadership Program includes a series of in-person and online interactive sessions supported by self-directed pre and post-learning activities and 1:1 coaching.
Program Objectives:
- Build relational intelligence to enhance collaboration with and among staff
- Develop insights into your personal strengths and the strengths of others
- Create the capacity to lead and empower others through coaching
- Identify and manage conflict earlier to leverage positive outcomes
- Support a culture of learning, caring, & results by embedding honest and skillful feedback
- Acquire confidence and tools to lead others and create lasting change
- Partner with your Manager to align on leadership focus and practices
Application Process
Step 1: Review the program details with your manager
Before you start your online application, please ensure that both you and your manager (supervisor) are familiar with the program requirements and that you have had a discussion to review the scope and commitments of this program together. Please give specific attention to the time commitment required for successful completion and ensure your manager (supervisor) understands the program commitments and supports your participation. This will be critical to safeguard your time and successfully complete the program.

If your role involves supervisory responsibilities leading staff, groups, or teams, or your role involves oversight of a program or other’s practice, you are eligible to apply. Before starting your application, please ensure that both you and your manager have had a discussion about the commitment required to complete the program successfully. |
