The Educator Pathway Program is a four-level curriculum designed to prepare and support education leaders with teaching and learning theory, practical tools and leadership skills. It is available to all staff who have a passion for education, and want to build and develop their knowledge and skills related to teaching and learning. The workshops are based on best practice in the delivery of education and educational leadership.

• You can enter into the Educator Pathway at the level most suitable to your knowledge and abilities but we highly recommend taking the levels in order. The competency assessment tool is available to assist in determining the best level for you.
• You do not need to take every level of the Educator Pathway.
• Manager/Director support is required if taking during scheduled work hours.
