PHSA New Hire Online Orientation – BCEHS CUPE

This course is specifically for BCEHS CUPE Employees.

As a new employee, you are required to take an online new hire orientation before you start with us. This orientation will: give you an understanding of the organization and where you fit in; describe some of the services and opportunities that are available to you; review some important topics that you will need to know before you start, such as policies and safety requirements to protect you, your colleagues, the organization, and our patients.

This is the first step in your on-boarding process. You can also expect additional on-site and role-based orientation and training which you will learn more about from your unit chief or manager.

ATTENTION NON BCEHS CUPE EMPLOYEES: You are currently registered for the BCEHS CUPE version of the new hire orientation. Before continuing, please be sure that you are completing the PHSA New Hire Orientation Curriculum (Course Code #7537). If you are not completing the correct PHSA New Hire Orientation Curriculum, please refer back to your new hire email and consult with your supervisor in order to obtain the correct online orientation access.
