203 - PowerChart Allied Health - (BCCH & OTC MH & PEDS AMBULATORY)
Clinicians, staff and students using CW CERNER LEGACY system (Not CST)
For all Allied Health staff e.g. Physio, OT's, Social Work or Dietitians who work in:
- BC Children's Clinics: Child & Youth Primary Care
- Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics: ADHD, Infant Psychiatric, Mood Disorders, Neuropsychiatric, Compass Program , Teaching & Consultation, Telehealth Outreach Psychiatric Services (TOPS) , OCD Clinic, Reproductive Mental Health
~ All staff and clinicians who are DICTATING AUTHORS, using the CW CERNER LEGACY computer system in use at C&W outpatient clinics, must complete 102 PowerChart Basics and Signing curriculum.
*** As of February 14, 2024. PowerNotes will no longer be available for Psychologists' documentation in the clinics above.
Psychologists will be required to do all their patient documentation through either telephone dictation or Fluency Flex (FESR).
Note: Please use a PC not a MAC or Tablet as they do not track completion correctly.
Allied Health staff working in a Mental Health or Pediatric clinics (see above) using using CW CERNER LEGACY system PowerChart to electronically document and sign. |
