Clinicians, staff and students using CW CERNER LEGACY system (Not CST)
201 - PowerChart Prescriber is to be completed by Prescribers or Providers e.g. Physicians, Fellows, Staff, Residents, Med Students, Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Dentists and Pharmacists who work in:
- BC Children's: Child & Youth Primary Care
- Outpatient Psychiatry Clinics: ADHD, Infant Psychiatric, Mood Disorders, Neuropsychiatric, Compass Program, Teaching & Consultation, Telehealth Outreach Psychiatric Services (TOPS) , OCD Clinic, Reproductive Mental Health
These clinics use CW CERNER LEGACY computer system.
~All staff and clinicians who are DICTATING AUTHORS must complete 102 - PowerChart Basics and Signing.
*** As of February 14, 2024. PowerNotes will no longer be available for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Dentists and Psychologists' documentation in the clinics listed above.
Patient documentation is done through either telephone dictation or Fluency Flex (FESR).
Pharmacists must complete an additional module:
PowerChart IV: Clinical Documentation
Note: Please use a PC not a MAC or Tablet as they do not track completion correctly.
