PSLS - Patient Safety - BC Patient Safety & Learning System

Please note: this course is for BCEHS staff only. Staff in other PHSA programs and all other health authorities should register for course 33202 instead.

This course will teach staff how to improve patient safety in their areas by fostering a culture of safety and by reporting patient safety incidents in PSLS.

Topics include:

• What patient safety is and why it’s important
• How to contribute to a culture of safety
• How to identify different types of patient safety incidents
• How to report incidents in PSLS
