Injury & Incident Investigations

The Provincial Incident Investigation course focuses on workplace health investigations that determine the cause, contributing factors, corrective actions and prevention of future incidents.

This includes 7 modules and a final quiz. To pass, you must complete all of the modules, and you must achieve 80% on the final quiz. The course will take up to 1.5 hours to complete.
