Program Description:

Coaching Based Leadership is a six session cohort based program designed for operational leaders who lead people through constant change, staffing pressure, and competing priorities. Participants move through a series of progressive modules, each building on the last to strengthen a practical, sustainable coaching approach to leadership. Each 2.5 hour session is a prerequisite for the next, allowing leaders to gradually build confidence, consistency, and skill in applying coaching to real workplace challenges.

Program Objectives:

• Build core coaching habits that strengthen trust, clarity, and accountability

• Use practical conversational models to support staff growth and problem‑solving

• Apply coaching to real leadership priorities such as retention, team alignment, and learning

• Lead more effective 1:1s, team meetings, and group conversations

• Increase confidence in navigating difficult or high‑stakes conversations
