Feedback-Based Leadership

Course Description:

This workshop consists of two parts and offers a comprehensive toolkit of resources and guidelines, grounded in established leadership research and psychological safety standards, to support you in preparing for and holding four different types of feedback conversations. Practical tips and tools will be shared, discussed and applied in breakout activities.

Course Objectives:

• Learning that feedback is a leadership skill, not a one-time event
• Understanding psychological safety and accountability go together
• Showing that ongoing, in the moment, two-way dialogue is most effective
• Acknowledging preparation can support both the leader and employee experience
