PHSA – DEI – 301: Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Policy in Action

This 2-hour, team-focused virtual course supports people leaders in applying the Anti-Racism and Anti-Discrimination Policy in day-to-day team leadership. Building on foundational DEI learning, the session focuses on how the policy shows up in team dynamics, leadership decisions, and workplace interactions.

Leaders will strengthen their understanding of their role in preventing and responding to racism and discrimination, while fostering psychologically safe and respectful teams. Through practical scenarios and guided discussion, participants will apply the policy to everyday team situations and identify actions to embed inclusive leadership practices in their leadership.
