PHSA - MA - Disclosure of Adverse Events

Disclosure of adverse events to patients is a legal requirement in Canada. This course will familiarize PHSA staff with the recommended disclosure process. It is general in nature and does not provide any program-specific information.

After completion of the course, a test is provided. If you do not pass the test the first time you can take it again, but you will need to re-register first.
