Disclosure of Adverse Events

Disclosure of adverse events to patients is a legal requirement in Canada. The learning goal of this course is to familiarize PHSA staff with the recommended disclosure process. It is general in nature and does not provide any agency specific information. Version 1.01, July 08, 2008.

After completion of the course, a test is provided. If you do not pass the test the first time you can take it again, but you will need to re-register first.
