Richmond Community of Care – New Medical Staff Orientation

This self-paced online orientation is designed to welcome and support new medical staff joining the Richmond Community of Care (CoC) and Richmond Hospital. Through a series of thematic modules, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Richmond’s unique health service landscape, organizational structure, and the resources available to support their practice.

The course introduces the Richmond CoC’s integrated model of acute and community care, including services such as Long Term Care, Mental Health and Substance Use, Home Health, and Palliative Care. Participants will explore Richmond Hospital’s clinical programs.
