PSLS - Safeguarding (BC Patient Safety Learning System)

This course is for all staff in BC's regional health authorities who use PSLS to report or investigate cases of adult abuse, neglect, or self-neglect under the Adult Guardianship Act, including designated responders and designated responder coordinators.

In this course, you will learn:

• How to use the Safeguarding module in PSLS to report and respond to cases of adult abuse, neglect, and self-neglect.
• How to navigate the new PSLS system (upgraded 2024-25).

This course is a suggested prerequisite for course 34888: Tools and Data - BC Patient Safety Learning System (PSLS).
