Wellness Wednesday: "Mental" Monologue
In recognition of World Mental Health Day (Oct. 10), actor and playwright Jill Daum will read a powerful monologue from her latest play, Mental, about a mother struggling to get help for her adult son who faces severe mental health challenges (psychosis).
The presentation also features the song Impossible by Jim Cuddy, which was inspired by Jill’s story.
After the reading, Jill and her daughter, Hattie Daumann-Morneau, will be available for a Q&A.
