PSLS - Feedback (BC Patient Safety Learning System)

This course is for Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO) staff in all health authorities. It demonstrates how to intake and process patient and family feedback using the Feedback module in PSLS.

In this course, you'll learn:

• What the Feedback module is and how it can help with your workflow
• How to navigate PSLS
• How to intake and process patient and family feedback in accordance with provincial legislation

This course is a recommended prerequisite for course 34888: PSLS - Tools and Data (BC Patient Safety Learning System).
