Program Description:

You have good ideas with solid expertise, but you wish you felt more confident when delivering presentations, especially to senior leaders, clients and external partners. You recognize that advanced “presentation delivery skills” could boost your presence and influence. This course can transform how you approach your verbal communications and lift your words to capture your audience’s attention with more impact.

Course outcomes include a greater ability to:

1. Deliver a key message to your audience with an engaged and polished presence.

2. Maximize body language and vocal delivery with ease.

3. Handle questions with composure.

Whether it’s in person or in a virtual meeting, learn the exact formula so you can better prepare for and deliver dynamic and authentic presentations.

Important notes:

1. Attendance to all modules is required.

2. An additional 1 – 3 hours of homework is required between modules, building up to deliver a 5 min presentation to other participants.

3. The focus is on your presentation performance and delivery – not on content or PowerPoint decks. Please see the data literacy pathway for more details here!

4. This course is for VCH leaders.
