PSLS - Handler Role (BC Patient Safety Learning System)

This course is for all PSLS handlers who use the Incidents module.

Recommended prerequisite is course 33202: Patient Safety - BC Patient Safety Learning System (PSLS).

In this course, you will learn:

1. Handler role and responsibilities
2. Timeline expectations
3. How to follow up incidents (based on Canadian Incident Analysis Framework)
4. How to use PSLS to foster a culture of safety in your area

This course is a recommended prerequisite for course 34887 (PSLS - Incidents).
