LDH 101

Local Department Head 101 (LDH 101) is a focused, practical course designed to support new and developing LDHs in building a strong foundation for success. Participants will explore essential topics such as leadership development, credentialing and privileging, clinical quality and patient safety, conflict resolution, and role-specific supports. This course also offers a valuable opportunity to connect with peers and key departments across the organization—creating a network of support and collaboration.
