Pursuit is the foundational leadership development program offered by People Development. It is a 6 week online experience focused on developing individual's self-awareness as a leader including managing personal reactivity, increasing collaboration and leadership influence.

Participants must have manager support and sponsorship and be able to commit up to two hours a week to the course for 6 weeks (one hour for online group sessions and up to one hour for self-paced online learning).

Using a cohort model, this comprehensive program supports leaders through online learning and virtual interactions.

Other Information	Attention: One week cancellation notice is required or registration fee will be forfeited. We do not enable registrations on the LearningHub due to our screening process for participants. Sessional Funding Scholarships are now also available for medical leaders who are formally recognized in the Rules and Bylaws and appointed by the Board, to participate in Fraser Health-approved Leadership Development Courses.
