PHS Experience Series: Leader Lab

Join the Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) team as we host sessions to build a shared understanding and common language, directly related to Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) and OKRs each fiscal.

PHS Leader Labs (in person) will build off of the momentum of the PHS monthly Table Talks, offering a space for leaders to PRACTICE PHS leadership in a room together (ex. having difficult conversations, visible leadership, hosting and facilitating PHS huddles, etc.).
