Leader’s – Fostering a Culture of Respect

This session is open to all PHSA leaders and aims to foster collaboration and sharing of experiences in addressing disrespectful behavior in the workplace.

In this session, we will:
• Explore leaders’ responsibilities in fostering a culture of respect, aligned with PHSA’s policies and relevant legislation.
• Examine microaggressions, racism, and other forms of disrespectful behavior, and their impact on workplace culture when left unaddressed.
• Discuss effective strategies for disrupting and addressing disrespectful behavior and facilitating supportive conversations with staff.
