PHSA - PC - DEI - Introduction to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

This course will help new employees support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives at PHSA. Participants will learn key DEI concepts and how to participate in DEI learning opportunities and activities.

After completing this course learners will be able to:

• Define PHSA’s DEI mandate
• Define PHSA’s approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Define the basic terms used in DEI work
• Identify actions to support DEI initiatives
• Identify the reporting process for incidents of racism and discrimination
• Define Belonging and Health Equity
• Identify additional DEI training
• Identify opportunities to participate in DEI work and activities
