Psychological Health & Safety in the Workplace - Overview for Medical Staff (2.0 CME Credits)

What is psychological health and safety in the workplace, why does it matter, and what role can you play in enhancing it for you and your team? Learn more in these three online modules that provide an overview of the Canadian National Standard and 13 psychosocial factors that are key for psychologically healthy and safe workplaces.

Each module with the quiz are expected to be taken together for full credits and will take approximately 2 hours to complete. Learners can save their spot and return at any time.

This course is an accredited self-assessment program (section 3) as defined by the Maintenance of Certificate (MOC) program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and approved by UBC CPD. You may claim a maximum of 2.0 MOC Section 3 Self-Assessment hours (credits are automatically calculated). This one-credit-per-hour assessment program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by UBC CPD for up to 2.0 Mainpro+ Assessment credits.
