Core Conflict Skills

In this half-day in-person workshop, leaders will develop essential skills for navigating interpersonal conflict with confidence and clarity. Through guided practice, participants will learn to better understand both their own experience in conflict and the experience of others, express their own needs effectively, and strengthen both professional and personal relationships.

This workshop enables you to:

  • Learn core conflict concepts, tools and skills
  • Identify strategies for managing triggers
  • Practice conflict conversation skills with colleagues, using real-life situations
